The company is guided by Mason Laframboise, who brings more than a decade of hands-on experience across custom residential construction, commercial project delivery, and real estate development. Mason holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, a background that adds structure, financial discipline, and strategic thinking to every project he leads. His career has included managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing complex builds, and creating systems that keep projects predictable and transparent for homeowners.
Mason’s development work includes acquiring and renovating multi-unit investment properties, completing zoning amendments, executing residential conversions, and navigating municipal processes for land use, utilities, and site planning. This experience gives him a full-picture view of feasibility, long-term value, and what it takes to bring a property from concept to completion.
His commitment to community is equally important. As a Construction Project Manager for Make-A-Wish Eastern Ontario, Mason organized and built a Cars-themed playhouse for a young boy’s wish, showing his dedication to building with heart and creating meaningful experiences for families.
At Laframboise Homes, every project is built through partnership. Clients are involved from the early planning and permitting stages through trade coordination and final turnover. The process is open, communicative, and designed to remove stress while keeping you informed at every step.
With direct experience in more than 100 renovations, multiple multimillion dollar custom homes, commercial retrofits up to 5.5 million dollars, and multi-unit residential conversions, Laframboise Homes stands out for the ability to manage complexity while keeping the client experience smooth and grounded.
